1. Return Eligibility
Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to shipping/transit issues.
To be eligible:
- A complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory
- The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Non-Eligible Return / Refund Cases
Return or refund requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Product misuse, mishandling, or improper use
- Minor differences in color, design, size, or packaging due to display settings or manufacturing variations
- Products that have already been used, washed, or altered
- Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Requests without valid proof (unboxing video/photos)
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact our support team with:
- Order Number
- Complete unboxing video
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
- Brief explanation of the issue
Our support team will review the request and verify eligibility.
4. Refund Policy
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed after verification and approval
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Approved claims may be resolved through:
